Surf, Yoga and Fitness. A match made in heaven. Ourselves and two other local businesses, Acorn Health and Wellbeing + 360 Fitness and Nutrition, have come together to create and deliver a fantastic 4 week course which encompasses these three areas of seaside health and wellbeing. The course is designed to give you new skills and experiences in various water sports, to learn and benefit from yoga for your body and soul, and to gain a better level of fitness from our beach fitness classes. You will feel loose and fresh by the end of the 4 weeks!

The course runs 2 evenings a week for the duration of the 4 weeks as follows:

Monday evening (time tbc - usually 7 - 8pm): Yoga Class delivered by Acorn Health + Wellbeing in the scenic and relaxing Skerries Sailing Club. The goal for this class is to increase flexibility, improve circulation and encourage you to be a little more aware of your body and your mind. You don't need any experience.

Thursday evening 7 - 8pm: Fitness Class delivered by 360 Fitness + Nutrition on the South Beach in Skerries. The class has been designed to improve your overall fitness in addition to some more specific exercise to increase mobility and flexibility. You don't need to be fit for this, as you can go at your own pace.

Half day Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Lesson with light lunch: Healthy and outdoors! This half day session will run at the end of your 4 week program. We kick off at 10am with a full Yoga session in Skerries Sailing Club, followed by a light early lunch, and then a full 2.5hour Stand Up Paddle lesson. You can put your new found flexibility and fitness to the test. You don't need to be confident in the water. We provide all the equipment including buoyancy aids and wetsuits. Our staff are all trained lifeguards and instructors so you are in safe hands from start to finish.

There are 16 places in each course so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
